Direxion
Direxion is a SCADA (Supervision Control and Data Acquisition) system that has been successfully installed on over 15 projects so far, spread across 3 continents. As a SCADA system, Direxion has two main functions:
Supervision Control: full control and live monitoring of process conditions, including automation
Data Acquisition: collection, management, storage, and visual representation of process data
Direxion offers many features, including but not limited to:
Monitoring and control of status across different zones, including synoptic views
Access to firing curves, dryer cycles, and other process trends
Car map, both live and historical views
Recipe management
Tunnel push management
Historical data
Alarm, warning, and failure notifications
Automatic generation of production and consumption reports
Automatic data logging of setpoints, process conditions, car locations, and more
Journal and dashboards
Direxion was developed based on the “Ignition” software. Ignition has been developed by Inductive Automation and is compatible with a wide range of PLCs. Training on the software is available for free online via Inductive University.
